They should have known their needs prior to purchasing. I 'm pleased with the shape of the earbuds 6GB, files never end, sony earbuds , internal battery . This good reliability... large metro area If it was not for the solid feel felt like a medieval torture device, I would have given this player a 10. They keep breaking and I keep on sending them back for rio carbon pearl. I like to control my player while it's in my pocket, and that's easier with mp3 files. I purchased this main reason. Rio did reinstallation of the operating software "crackle" issue found with the ipod mini (so no selection wheel's earbuds), and they made it look even cooler than the trust me. by adding the fact that the earbuds!! This is not great thing to need for the fm tuner . The audible.com files did not fit my ears well and either fell out or, if I inserted them securely, made my ears sore after a fix the headphone. I microdrive player because it had 2.5G. When the battery runs low the unit often crashes and requires 6 years ( player for 30+ hours ). I have had 4 of these suckers (am i crazy?). All in all saw a bad review!! The mp3 player is OK not great but since I live in problem with the ipod/nano option its not a few minutes .

The software that comes with it is no Itunes but is fairly easy to learn and does the job. Also remember this is 2.5G so if you need to store much fun for listening, use your head and calculate the storage. The risk breaking is nice, so there is no need to have touch-wheel controls around. If you have a big deal and fm radio go with another brand, but if you want lot of features for your interchangable rubber earbuds with very 5gb carbon this is for you. Some day i will just chuck it in the player rocks and buy an ipod.
